Have you noticed? Sin is embraced and Holiness is rejected.

Isaiah 5:20 says,
Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Unfortunately, we have seen a wave of violence across America. School shootings, church shootings, club shootings, concert shootings, and more. As Christians, the first person we turn to is God. We pray and ask him for his guidance and help. After we've offered our prayer and condolences, we get responses like this tweet that went out, "If prayers did anything, they’d still be alive, you worthless sack of #%@*,”. Recently, a Hollywood actor offered up prayer for another via a tweet and the comments that came after were amazingly condemning. Why has prayer become such an offense to some? Has Christianity become more hated or has social media just made it easier for people to share their hate? Probably both. But look at what has been embraced in the last several years. Have you noticed how TV shows and movies supporting homosexuality wins awards. Have you noticed the amount of corporate stores celebrating gay pride. Did you see how states were being strong armed by the NBA, NFL, and college sports to adhere to their beliefs on homosexuality of risk losing sponsorship? As Christian, we should show the love of Jesus Christ to everyone, but as followers, we can never embrace the actions of others that violate the word of God.
